Is The Chocolate Works pet-friendly?

Yes! The Chocolate Works is a pet-friendly rental community that allows both cats and dogs! We allow 2 pets per apartment: 50 lbs. and under with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Dogs are subject to breed restrictions. Monthly pet rent is $35 for 1 pet and $50 for 2 pets.

How do I pay my rent?

The Chocolate Works offers a convenient on-the-go service with our Resident Portal that allows you to complete many requests online like rent payments and maintenance requests. Rent payments can also be delivered to our management office.

What kind of parking is available?

The Chocolate Works apartment building has two surface parking lots that provide convenient parking for a small monthly fee ($250/$275 per month).  With an appropriate parking zone sticker, you can use one of the many metered street parking spots for free.

What unit types or floor plans do you offer?

You’ll find 1- and 2-bedroom floorplans, many of which are lofts or bi-levels.  One-bedroom apartments range in size from 420 sq. ft to 1,250 sq. ft. and two-bedrooms range in size from 985 sq. ft. to 1,430 sq. ft.  Select units have patios or balconies.

Do you offer any specials or discounts?

Is there an on-site gym?

Yes! There is a complimentary on-site fitness center. 

Is public transportation easily accessible from The Chocolate Works?

Yes, public transportation is extremely accessible. The community is near several SEPTA bus and subway lines, as well as easy access to I-95 and the Ben Franklin Bridge for commuting.

What is the application process like?

Prospective residents will need to meet the lease requirements. Contact the leasing office for more specific information.
