Is The Chocolate Works pet-friendly?
Yes! The Chocolate Works is a pet-friendly rental community that allows both cats and dogs! You can have 2 pets per apartment; 50 lbs. and under with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Dogs are subject to breed restrictions.
Monthly pet rent is $35 for 1 pet and $50 for 2.
How do I pay my rent?
The Chocolate Works offers a convenient on-the-go service with our Resident Portal that allows you to complete many requests online like rent payment and service requests. Rent payments can also be delivered to our management office.
What kind of parking is available?
The Chocolate Works apartment building has two surface parking lots that provide convenient on-site parking for a small monthly fee ($230 – $260/month), or with an appropriate parking zone sticker, you can use one of the many metered street parking spots for free.
What unit types or floor plans do you offer?
You’ll find 1- and 2-bedroom floorplans at The Chocolate Works apartments in Philadelphia. 1-bedroom units range in size from 560 sq ft to 685 sq ft. Select units have patios or balconies.
